- Welcome to the Jacobs' Photography website. My name is Shelli Simunek Jacobs. I graduated from Blackwell High School in 1987. I received my BS degree from Southwestern College in Winfield, Ks. in 1991 and my MS from Emporia State University in 1997. I got married in 1995 to Joe Jacobs and we are now the proud parents of 6 very energetic and awesome children, who keep us very busy. Taking pictures and capturing memories of people and places has always been a love of mine. My experiences range from individual/family photos, senior pictures, sports/team photos, and taking pictures for the local news paper.
